I ordered this because I was looking for something that will be loose but not make me look bigger than I am. I also don't like pockets since the placement on most dresses seem to be where I'm the widest. This dress has a nice drapes that isn't clingy, but not overly boxy either. I'm a little over 5'4" and it falls at the top edge of my knees. Also, even though I have both dogs and cats at home, the black corduroy of this dress doesn't seem to be a magnet for their fur which makes it even better.
