I installed this on a client's screened in porch in May and by July it sagged so bad it wouldn't close. I stopped by and all the glue joints had worked loose. I tried using pocket screws to tighten it up but the wood in the finger joints had swelled so much the joints wouldn't close anymore. I even tried pipe clamps.I see now that the description says "water resistant adhesive" but not waterproof. Titebond III instead of Titebond II combined with some long screws in the corners and this might be a decent door. As is it is useless for an exterior application. I bought this thinking it would be an upgrade from the $30 ones at the big orange box. I guess I was wrong.
